Quotation policy

• For projects under £50,000 it is our policy to return with a quotation via email within 48hrs.*
• Quotations come with a fixed price.
• Up front prices per trade per day for additional works are also available upon request.
• Where the scope of the work is not possible to judge a full (‘destructive’) site inspection will be conducted in order that a fixed price can be provided.

*When architectural drawings, a bill of quantities or a structural engineers or quantity surveyors report are necessary this will not be possible.

Site Management

• Every job will have a polite and helpful site manager supervising the works.
• Every job will also benefit from the daily oversight of a member of Argyll’s management team.

Guarantees/Contracts/Insurance

• All works are covered by guarantees appropriate to the project.
• To avoid unnecessary legal costs we prefer to use standardised contracts provided by the Federation of Master Builders.
• All projects are covered by full and up to date public and employer’s liability insurance. Copies of policies are available on request.

Design, Supply and Fit Service

A full design service is available including:

• Full architectural drawings
• Kitchen planning and supply
• Bathroom design and supply
• Structural engineers’ reports
• Quantity surveyors reports available on request

Commercial & Domestic

• We have experience in undertaking shop, restaurant and office fit outs.
• We also had undertaken the cleaning and painting of major office buildings both internally and externally.
